Shipment time

Dear customers,

Even though we know that you are eagerly awaiting your ordered goods, we would like to ask you to not ask about the delivery times of your order.

With all the factory closures that have already taken place, the large number of companies that have left Germany and the permanently destroyed supply chains, it is hardly possible for us to make any statements about delivery dates at all, as we also depend on the promised delivery dates of our suppliers.

Our suppliers, on the other hand, can only hope that they will be able to fulfill their deadlines.

When the required material finally arrives, everything is fine and we can deliver on time.

If, on the other hand, it doesn't arrive, we have to wait just like you - unfortunately there are no longer any alternative suppliers, as they are usually waiting for the same raw materials that our actual suppliers are waiting for.

As a result, we are also suffering more and more from the general situation here in Germany and also from your - quite understandable - frustration.

We would also prefer things to be running differently, better, so that we could focus on our work - the production of high-quality and beautiful seats and bags - instead of spending our days trying to find at least some of the material we need.

The only thing we can promise you is that we will deliver as soon as we can in our well-known and appreciated ALEX LEATHER CRAFT quality.

Despite the miserable situation and the difficult circumstances, we are not going to make any compromises regarding the quality of our materials or our workmanship and we hope for your understanding.

Quality is NOT a myth ;-)
